VETERINARY PHYSIOTHERAPY
Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Honor Collins Veterinary Physiotherapy. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
Veterinary Referral
Veterinary physiotherapy is governed by the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, which requires veterinary consent prior to physiotherapy assessment or treatment.

Treatment can only take place once veterinary consent has been obtained. It is the responsibility of the owner or guardian to ensure that their veterinary surgeon is aware that physiotherapy treatment is being sought.

If veterinary consent has not yet been obtained, assistance can be provided in contacting your veterinary practice.
Appointments
Appointments are arranged directly with Honor Collins Veterinary Physiotherapy and are subject to availability.

Each appointment includes a clinical assessment and appropriate physiotherapy treatment. Treatment plans may vary depending on the individual needs and condition of the animal.

Appointments will take place at the location agreed at the time of booking. As this is a mobile service, please allow a 15-minute arrival window either side of your scheduled appointment time to account for travel between clients.

Animals should be clean and dry prior to the appointment to allow for effective assessment and treatment.
Payment and Fees
Current consultation fees are displayed on the Services page of this website.

Payment is due at the time of the appointment either via cash or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Travel is included within a specified radius of SS13. Appointments outside this area may incur a travel charge calculated in line with the HMRC advisory mileage rate (currently £0.50 per mile).

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full appointment fee.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Animal Welfare and Safety
The welfare of the animal is always the highest priority.

Owners or handlers must ensure that animals are appropriately restrained and handled during treatment where necessary. Owners must inform Honor Collins Veterinary Physiotherapy of any behavioural concerns, including aggression or nervous behaviour, prior to the appointment.

Honor Collins Veterinary Physiotherapy reserves the right to stop treatment at any time if it is considered unsafe for the animal, owner, or practitioner.

All treatments are carried out with professional care and in accordance with current veterinary legislation.
